If I leave the building during a show, can I return?
No, once inside the building, there is no re-entry.
Where should I park at The Fillmore Silver Spring?
There are plenty of free parking garages surrounding the Fillmore Silver Spring. Please click on the Venue tab at the top of the page and then scroll down and select Directions for details.
Does my child need a ticket to come with me to the show?
Yes, all patrons of any age require a ticket for admission.

Can I bring a camera to the show?
Photography is not permitted at the majority of shows at the Fillmore Silver Spring. Some bands permit non-professional point and shoot cameras, provided that they are used without a flash. Professional photography equipment (with detachable or zoom lenses) is never permitted without an appropriate media or photo pass.
How do I get a photo pass or schedule an interview with the band?
Requests for media credentials should be handled through the artist's management company directly.
How can I get the band to announce a special occasion for me from the stage?
Requests for announcements or other special elements should be handled through the artist's management company directly.
Can I bring food or drinks from home to the show?
No, outside food and drink are not permitted inside the building. Drinking fountains, full service bars and concessions are available for most shows.
Can I smoke inside The Fillmore Silver Spring?
Smoking is not permitted inside the venue. An outdoor smoking section is available during most shows.
Is the Fillmore Silver Spring ADA accessible?
The Fillmore Silver Spring is committed to complying with the Americans with Disabilities Act and all relevant state and local laws.

All customers with visual, hearing, or mobility disabilities which need an accommodation are directed to contact our Box Office at 301-960-9999, option 3. Our box office will advise customers regarding available wheelchair & companion seating as well as other provided services.

Wheelchair & companion seating is sold on a first/come-first serve basis. When wheelchair & companion seating is sold out, we will be unable to accommodate guests seeking such seats.

Any guest needing assistance upon arrival should proceed to the Box Office. Be advised that Fillmore personnel reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals who fraudulently obtain wheelchair & companion seats.
Where do I pickup my Will Call tickets?
The Box Office at the Fillmore Silver Spring is located at the club (8656 Colesville Rd). Will Call is only available for pick up on the day of the show.
What methods of payment are accepted for purchasing tickets at the box office?
The Box Office at the Fillmore Silver Spring accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. A photo ID is required for all credit card payments.

What do I need to bring to pickup my Will Call tickets?
Please have proper picture I.D., credit card, and confirmation number to pick up your tickets so our staff can make sure that your tickets end up in your hands. Will Call is only available for pick up on the day of the show.
Can I purchase alcohol at the Fillmore Silver Spring?
Yes, we have many full service bars located inside the facility. Patrons of legal drinking age are welcome purchase alcoholic beverages after showing a photo ID for age verification.
Where is the lost and found?
Items recovered from shows are collected at the administrative office at The Fillmore Silver Spring. If you notice you are missing an item during a show, please check with our ushers for assistance. To check on the status of a lost item, please call the venue.
How do I watch videos on the event detail pages or "Photos & Videos" pages on this website?

Do you have seating options at the Fillmore?
The Fillmore Silver Spring is a General Admission Standing Room Venue only. However, we always have a dedicated space in our center balcony for private table reservations through our Premium Seat Membership, a dedicated Fillmore Silver Spring season seat program.
